However, Jaipur is also the gateway of Rajasthan and from here; we take you on a journey to discover different facets of this diverse state. Visit Jodhpur with its charming markets and impressive and imposing of all India’s forts, The Meherangarh. Move onto Jawai, an area of extraordinary beauty which is also famous for its leopard sightings before visiting Rajasthan’s most romantic city, a city of lakes and fairytale palaces, Udaipur.

Tour Details

Day 1 - Arrive Delhi

Upon arrival at Delhi International Airport, you will be received by our representative and transferred to the hotel. Delhi is India’s capital and a major gateway to the country. You will have free time on your own to adjust to the new time zone. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 2 - In Delhi

After breakfast, start the full day sightseeing tour. This begins in Old Delhi with Jama Masjid, Asia’s largest mosque, followed by unique glance at local life with an exploration to the bustling local bazaar of Chandni Chowk on a cycle rickshaw, a heady experience! Drive pass by Red Fort before driving to New Delhi and Humayun’s Tomb. Drive down the imposing Raj-Ghat and around the city landmarks of India Gate, President's House, Parliament House & Government Secretariat Buildings and stop for photo opportunity there. If time permits, visit the National Museum and Qutub Minar or the Lotus temple, an ideal place for meditation, this Bahai House of worship is open to people of all religions. Overnight will be in Delhi.

Day 3 - Delhi to Agra By road 200Kms / 4hrs

After breakfast, drive to Agra. Before check-in to your hotel, stop at Baby Taj or the ITMAD-UD-ULLAH - the interiors of which are considered better than the Taj Mahal itself.Later in the evening, proceed to visit the spectacular red sandstone Agra Fort, surrounded by its historic formal garden (Chahar-Bagh) part fort, part palace and part prison, this fort holds many stories. Overnight will be in Agra.

Day 4 - Agra to Jaipur By road 232kms / 6hrs

Enjoy anearly morning visit to the breathtaking Taj-Mahal. Return for breakfast at the hotel and check out. Proceed to Jaipur en route visiting Fatehpur Sikri and the phenomenal Chand Baori step well in Abhaneri Village. Reach the capitol city of the desert state of Rajasthan and rest of the day is at your own pace. Overnight will be in Jaipur.

Day 5 - In Jaipur

After a leisurely breakfast, start your guided tour of Jaipur which includes avisit to Amber Fort (with a jeep ride up to the fort entrance) and Hawa Mahal (Palace of the winds). Continue to visit the City Palace Museum and Jantar Mantar (the extraordinary observatory). Time permitting; explore the local, colorful and bustling markets which are a treasure trove of trinkets and souvenirs.

Day 6 - Jaipur to Jodhpur By road 335kms / 6hrs

After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur and check-in to your hotel. Jodhpur is a bustling city awash with vivid blue painted houses all of which are overshadowed by the magnificent and imposing Meherangarh Fort. Later in the evening, visit Umaid Bhawan Museum and then explore the winding narrow alleys of the local markets which are full of textiles, silverware and handicrafts. Overnight will be in Jodhpur.

Day 7 - In Jodhpur

After a leisurely breakfast, enjoy jeep ride in Bishnoi Village in the morning. In the afternoon you will visit the famous Mehrangarh Fort, a massive complex standing on the hillside with a fantastic view of the old city of Jodhpur and the beautiful and haunting Jaswant Thada. Overnight will be in Jodhpur.

Day 8 - Jodhpur to Jawai By road 154kms / 3hrs

After breakfast, drive to Jawai, visiting a Bishnoi Tribal Village and other typical Rajasthani village on the way. Reach Jawai and check in to the camp. Jawai is one of the most spectacular regions of Rajasthan, a huge dam, magnificent rock formations and where you can witness the symbiotic relationship between the Rabari tribes and the resident leopard population. Rest of the evening is at ease to explore at your own pace. Overnight will be in Jawai.

Day 9 - In Jawai

Head out on morning and evening game-drives in 4×4 vehicles with excellent expert guides. Learn how the local Rabari shepherds and community live in harmony with the leopards. Watch the incredible sunset with a gin and tonic in handfrom the top of the boulders before returning to camp for a delicious dinner. Overnight will be at Jawai.

Day 10 - Jawai to Udaipur via Ranakpur By road 150kms / 4hrs

After breakfast, drive to your final destination Udaipur en route visiting the beautiful, marble Ranakpur temples. Reach Udaipur and check in to your hotel. Udaipur, ‘The City of Lakes’ is admired for its fairy-tale palaces, lakes, temples and gardens. The evening is at leisure. Overnight will be in Udaipur.

Day 11 - In Udaipur

After breakfast, take a stroll through the markets and bazaars to visit the Jagdish Temple, if you are lucky, you will get to witness the morning Puja ceremony. After which its time to explore on of the most impressive city palaces in all of India. This palace, though often busy, takes you to back to an era of wealth and glamour rarely witnessed in today’s world. In the evening, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola before heading for the Garden of the Maids of Honour and Folk Art Museum. Overnight will be in Udaipur.

Day 12 - Udaipur to Delhi By flight

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Airport to board the flight to Delhi. Depending upon your international flight timings, either you will be transferred to your hotel for freshening up or you will be driven directly to the Delhi International airport to take a flight back home with sweet memories of the tour.
